I love this product. The fabric in the back is very soft and the heating stays for about 30 minutes or so. It's very good in an office environment or somewhere where your in cold temperatures for long periods of time. It definitely does it's job well. And it has plenty of beautiful purple and clear colored beads!

Arrived quickly and packed securely. This product has served its purpose for headaches etc. The fabric backing is nice if you don't want the gel pack directly on your skin. The scent is pleasant enough, I'm sure I will like it even more when it lightens up.
